engine question

Ive heard about im supposed to put sealant in 2 places when putting the head on? please show me a pic or tell me where i am supposed to do this?

Where the timing case meets the block after trimming the gasket there.

ok so i would trim the gasket there and put rtv there correct?

Yep bolt the timing case on and the gaskets will stick up a little I use a sharpened scraper to trim them flush with the block/timing case then a dab of RTV on each and you're ready to bolt the head down.

Hope you didn't understand that as to trim your head gasket!
