It's old but well cared for, as is everything I own.

Now that we've covered my hair and car I hope we can move on. What Johnathan doesn't seem to understand is his pal took a swipe at me. That made him fair game. That's the way it is in life. He seems to have dealt with it and so should Johnathan.

I almost never go back and forth in this sort of nonsense on forums because I receive very little gratification from it. I usually post one or two replies then let others have the last word. Makes them feel better. Makes me feel better too, knowing it places me a cut above the common denominator, at least in that regard. And while I may be abrasive on the surface I take pride is never lowering myself to the some of the other levels seen here. It's one reason I can honestly say this stuff is more amusing than anything else.

What people who gratify themselves by getting their licks in don't understand is that it in itself is gratifying to me. You'd think such people would've figured out that, having the personality I do, I must have long ago developed to a fine degree the ability to prevent others from emotionally victimizing me. Look at it this way: I'm immune to insults because I'm a carrier. All it does on their end is victimize themselves a lot in exchange for feeling better a little. All it does my end is generate a smile.

People should just learn not to care what other people say or think about them. If u don't care about the person why care what they say about u or the people u know. I know its hard for some of u people feeling u have to have the last word and win the conversation, making the other person feel dumb, etc .Its not like ur gonna change there mind on what they think about u. just ignore them. Simple as that life moves on. No need to get all crazy over things like these. Makes life way easier. As far as threatening goes now thats differen't something should be done about that.

I'll add a bit to this.

If someone reports a post, the moderation team gets notified, but the reaction isn't instant, unless you get lucky and the mod for that area happens to be online and paying attention at the time.

It could actually take a couple days - I know this sounds like total madness in the information age, where everything is instant, but some of us are actually outside working on our cars instead of living on the site.

Furthermore, some of us stop paying attention to threads after they hit a certain size. I stopped reading this one quite some time ago, and didn't realize what kind of drama was going on in here until now.

I bought a new house, moved, etc. This place gets too much of my time normally, this week it didn't get much at all.
