emissions advice

Well today i decided to take everyones favorite test before i go back to school saturday, and well i failed with flying colors.

here are the results

HC
standard- .80 me---9.70

CO
standar - 15.0 me---3701


major mods are 550cc injectors, maft, safc, walbro255, 3inch turbo back with magnaflow cat, tanabe exhaust. Nonbypassed/drilled out jtube


Ideas to correct problem:
put on stock bov with greddy or get recirculation kit
set maft to 440cc injector size
search for boost leaks
drill/bypass J tube


any other ideas/suggestions??

If you set the piggy back to smaller injectors with out using smaller injectors, the pulse width increase making you even richer.

Suggestion is to list the rest of the emission trace.

You have way to much fuel for your upgrades. And you might have other problems.

i have the boost controller set at 14 psi.

no smoke at all

cruise a/f---14.5ish if on throttle holding speed....

idle-11.2-12.5ish

yes, magnaflow 3inch in/out

Idle is way high. Are you getting a 51? And put the stock cat on before you retest.

my guess with the idle would have to be fuel pressure due to the jpipe...ill get back to you after i check codes
