A buddy of mine and I are planning on putting together a custom electric water pump set up for my 7m turbo this summer, and we thought we'd see if anyone else out there would be interested in one. We haven't gotten started on it yet, but if people are interested we'll keep track of how much it will cost and will look at putting together a complete kit.

Anyone out there interested?

SS: Yep they can both flow through each other so I have it controlled by the Wolf and only run it as needed.

End result is I can cruise in traffic during Summer with the Air Con on and not overheat ever :)

SS: LOL my car has to behave itself in all conditions so I tend to overbuild things to a factor of 10 ;)

Chunks: LMAO yep that it is! (pretty quiet when it's running and just lives in the lower rad hose and replaces the bottom 90 degree bend in an NA hose.)

My car doesn't overheat in traffic with the A/C on anyways. Probably isn't as hot as down there though.

If you're not going to add a supplimental electric water pump to the factory system, I see no benefit to running an electric pump in place of it.

Jeff: My car's probably a little more highly strung than yours though ;)

Agreed the stock system is pretty stout but it falls over a little at both ends of the rpm range ie: low rpm it's not moving much at all and at high rpm it cavitates like a bitch so the booster helps overcome both of these situations.
