E-brake Light on dash?

why is my E-brake light on the dash keep turning on and off as I drive... even though the ebrake is fully released? this didnt start happening untill it started getting cooler in my area. wierd? lol... any ideas?:aigo:

Whats the best way to tell when you need to change your brakes?

Verify your pad life by removing your wheels. If your fluid is low generally your pads are as well and possibly rotors, or worse case a leak but you'd notice that I'd hope.
