Dyno: 390.2 hp with (boost leak/creep/cutoff?)

Old dyno a few years back, stock motor with HKS metal headgasket!

60-1 trim turbo @ 18 psi
550cc injectors
piggy back boost/fuel controller

Yeah, most likely, as it goes right up to the 400 mark. But the description states 399 hp.
