Thanks for your answer nosechunks. My tire sidewall sits flush with the wheel (no bulge), It is at 225 millimeters. I was just wondering (because i can't find a drag tire with that small of width) how much more millimeters could i go to? Nitto has a 285, but that sounds way to big for my wheels.

For my 15x10s titan had told me when i bought my rims that the 275/60r15 would work with them on my car. Now im going back to buy the tires and they are telling me that the tire size would work, but 15x10s with the 7" bs wont work and my fenders have to be modified to fit the tires. As in even rolling the fenders wont work. Im kinda stuck now. Widebody on the back i guess. I was hoping to avoid that. Anyone else running 15x10s in the back?

sweet thanks for that conversion formula. it turns out that 6.88 back spacing is needed for our supras. my rims are 6.5. so ill have to get a .5" spacer and that should do it.

I have some Welds, 15x8 with 5.5 backspace and I am running 285/60/15 American racing tires. Now I hae yet to run it hard to see it it would rub but the way it sits I think I should be fine

What suspension do you have? I think with the 60 series you will rub once it squats if u haven't rolled your fenders yet... I have my fenders rolled and my 275/50/15 mt drs rub on the out side I have the same wheels as you

Right now stock which looks okay but the car is parked as I am doing motor work. I'm hoping it will not rub but when it squats that was my fear. It looks so damn mean like this though haha Now I was thinking maybe to trim the inner fenders first and see how that goes and THEN perhaps might need to roll the fenders.

Im running stock size AVON slicks on rims from an old CR-V. Im running them on all four tires as they double as my autocross tires. I cant complain because they were free.

Car looks good! Are those 28" tires? They don't look much bigger than mine??? I have bilstein shocks with stock springs cause I wanted a little stiffer shock so it wouldn't rub... but all well.. like the draglites... I'm getting a set of 17" welds soon for front runners!

Yeah I was thinking of some of those 17's for mine but that can wait, I need my car running first and take a couple passes on this wheels haha Rears are 28's and I think I will need to trim the inner fenders though as to not have them rub.

Tireburner, fronts are 15x3.5" and I had to use a spacer to clear the calipers. Tires are 185 if i remember correctly.

You will rub on the 5.5 backspacing, that what i have, i also have my fenders rolled on stock suspension! you must roll the fenders, even with that you will slightly rub still, here is mine
