check your pcv system. is it hooked up like stock? your lucky your not blowing out your mains. there is no pcv valve. jcheck to make sure the orifice in the tb port is clean. it gets smaller inside there and can clog up.

does any one have pics to wat parts need cleaning apart from the throttle body

You have 2 pipes that lead from the rear of the valve covers to the throttle body. Take out that pipe, spray some carb cleaner in there and get all that gunk out. Where the pipe goes into the TB is what you should clean.

But I'm sure cleaning the whole throttle body wouldn't hurt.

Being turbo I would make sure the line from the valve covers to the pre turbo is good. Once you get into boost air is going to be coming out of the TB neways.

sounds to me like you might have a line plugged in the pcv system. some how or another seems like you are boosting the crankcase as well as the engine. make sure the ports under the valve covers are clean as well. some have baffles, if plugged your pcv system is not working.

I went thru the same exact thing. PCV was working properly, new rebuild and rings were seated, etc. I bought a new dip stick from Toyota..... It stopped popping out, just FYI

uhh you need the pcv system. its necessary. pcv stands for positive crank case ventilation. meaning that if you cap those ports on the valve covers you will blow out your mains and blow your engine. this is no way around it on any engine. if you remove egr and such you should tune for it.(there will be guys that will tell you your fine with out it but the FACTS are that you need it unless running a standalone.)
