Does anyone know how much space is behind the trim panel above the glove box? Some people put a SAFC there, I just wanted to know if I could flush mount a Wideband or boost controller there.

Depends on the size of the units and if your any good with a cutoff wheel/dremel tool. I installed my HKS turbo timer and a few switches there at one time. Cutting the vent trim panel is not fun, measurements and angles make it tricky.

The reason I asked is because I work on 4 different rapid prototype machines and I could draw and build a custom panel if I wanted. No cutting would be the plan
The vent side hooks in, and 2 clips, one on the left and one about center. Broke my first one prying on the vent side lol. Small flat head is all you need. If you fab up something you may get some people asking for one!
