depin ecu connector

hey, apparently someguy before me who owned the car cut the ne wire to short, causing a code for me, how do i depin one wire from the ecu connector?
i already opened the flap but it wont come out or push in. any tips.advice?

After you open the flap you have to use a pick to lift up the little plastic tab holding the pin in. I think on the ecu pins you can come from the front and push the plastic piece up in order to pull the pin out.
