Dash and rear lights

Ok I have a small problem... my dash lights and my rear lights are not working... the brake lights work but when I turn on the head lights the rear running lights don't come on and neither do my Dash..

Blown 15A Tail fuse.
Harder problem is why is it blown?

Did you have the dash apart recently?

ya I had the everything inside the car out and put it back in... everything was working then the other day I went outside started it up and the dash was out.... I checked all the fuses and and nothing is blown

same thing happened to me last week
then my ge took a pooper so i really never found out the problem
after i towed her home tho, the running lights wouldnt turn off at all!
