A 2j swap isnt very hard, you can do it in less than 2 weeks if you have all the parts, the only reason mine took 2-3 months(working weekends only) is because i painted the engine bay, rebuilt the engine, waiting on parts most of the time, and my schedule with work. If you are lookin to just swap the motor in and not do anything else, it should be very quick again if you got all the parts, wiring will take the longest

Yea it proably could be done faster if you already have the harness extended, and all the parts on hand.
