Who knows what he meant, I'm just giving you shit. It certainly seems well built, but regardless, I think we're all proud of the tools we make (that's why op posted the thread I'm sure)

The damper needs to be in place for the tool to work. The notches in the tool line up with the bolt holes in the pulley.
