CT26 Wastegate

Need some quick help. How easy or hard should the wastegate be to open and close. I have a upgraded ct26 about to be installed and it seems a bit stiff.

Any quick resposes would be much appreciated!!

It should be pretty hard, as long as it starts to open when you put ~6psi into the actuator.

Are you trying to slide it over, onto the turbo to bolt on and found out that it was a little hard to do? If so, that's normal.

Thanks guys, my friend was trying to tell me you should be able to easily open and close it with finger pressure.

I was pretty sure he was wrong, just wanted to make sure

lol - ya, he's wrong. If you could open it that easily, so would your exhaust pressure, and it would take forever to build any boost.
