ct12 highbrids ?

hi guys just wondering if any one is using hybrid ct12,s on there 1jz and what sort of power they have got from them.im looking into getting ether driftmotions billet hybrids or turbotecknics hybrids along with kurts twin intake pipes and a y pipe instead of going for a single

I'm looking into options for staying twins as well. What is a hybrid CT12 if you don't mind me asking?

I went with munro racing turbochargers hybrid ct12,s in the end.its a modified version of the stock turbos with bigger compressor side and a few other parts changed

Nice, that's a reasonable goal. I'd like to get in the 450-500RWHP but pretty sure staying twin is not going to get me there. There's a guy on here who rebuilds the stock twins with upgraded parts that allows them to run higher PSI, but I have yet to see any dyno results from anyone who has purchased the upgrades.

First mapping session at 1.1 bar with hks cams fitted but not dialed in yet need bigger injectors, 3bar map sensor and cams tweeked for next session but im still happy [emoji1]

Yes its nice for a road car should get the power in a bit earlier with some cam timing adjustment

I spent this summer putting on a spare set of twin turbos on my car only to find out they are no good either. I've got a BW EFR turbo in mind. Should have close to stock spool. I'm like you, want a powerful streetable car.

Ah no not the nicest of jobs to be doing twice so soon [emoji23] yeh sounds good I would like to build another 1 or 2jz with a nice spooling big single
