Is there a way I can remove my crankshaft with out taking off the rear timing cover? I just rebuilt the engine all new bearings and gaskets and it has not even 20 miles on it and the 5 and 6 rod bearings had a catastrophic failure for god knows what reason and I need to take the crank out to clean it and polish the journals. I really really want to do this way so I won't have to replace the head gasket again.
