Just like it says, I installed a catch can on my 7mgte and now when its warm in high..ish boost aka 14 psi oil comes out the cps oil seal and sprays on the exhaust manni. I will replace the oil seal no matter what but I dont want to blow out another seal due to the catch can. I plumed it in almost just like the stock system. I will up load pics later. Need some help on this one.:1zhelp:

Have you done a compression test?
I can't see why you'd be spraying out of the cps seal with normal blowby.

Sounds like a blockage somewere to be forcing oil out the seal, I'd find out what's going on before too long though, it might be forcing oil out the cam seals and shit.

Where does the hose from the throttle body run too? Where I have the label "to turbo inlet" is where the catch can should be located. At low RPM's the system should flow through the TB and bypass the can.

You never answered the question. From the best that I can tell, it looks like you ran the outlet of the catch can back to the throttle body, which would definitely be your problem. There is a check valve in that port, therefore when you're boosting, it shuts that port off, then you're building pressure in your crankcase.
