For those that may (or may not) be following with my rebuild, I'm at the point that I need to build my oil feed/return lines.

I figure what the hell - might as well, while I wait on the Probe Forged Pistons to get built, right?

Anywho, I'm going to run a -4 an line from the stock feed port, no big deal there.

My question is on the return line. The tubular manifold I have negates me using the stock oil drain port. Now, I'm also going to be running a Canton Racing relocation adapter, with a thermo based oil cooler. I'm thinking of using a spare -10AN Fuel cell bulkhead fitting in the oil pan, where the stock oil cooler used to dump the oil.

I don't forsee the oil level in the pan ever being that high, correct?

My other question concerns the fuel cell fitting I have - it uses teflon washers - as far as I know, teflon is oil resistant, correct?

Therefore, for my turbo oiling system, I will need -

Adapter from block to -4an feed (12mm x 1.25 to -4an, IIRC)
-4an line
-4an 90 degree fitting
-4an oil feed flange
1/2" NPT oil return flange
1/2" to -10an adapter
-10an SS braided line
-10an bulkhead fitting with nut

The only things I'm missing, are the -4an adapter from the block, the -4an 90 degree fitting, and the 1/2" to -10an adapter.

Sound good?

I wouldn't see why not. The block feed fitting I got from Hahn Racecraft (the pn is in Jakes thread on the same subject). Quick question, do you know the thread pitch on the pan return? If not, I could figure it out tomorrow.

I did get an AN-3 to 12x1.25 at Baker for the block ;)

How about using a stock CT oil hard line to clear the manifold and welding a -10 male bung to it to complete the connection to the turbo?

jdub, the stock oil return location is not an option on this manifold -

You can see the stock feed location is, however. So drain to the pain it is, for me ;)

What manifold is that? sure has a lot of drop (almost looks like an RPS in that shot) for runners 2-3-4 (almost equal length).
