Compressor Surge ("wastegate Chatter") w/Apexi Intake???

Hey, ok... Now I'm really confused... I've been doing research on-line, and I've come across many videos of people demonstrating their blow-off valve "flutter"... I have also come across sites selling BOVs stating that some turbo BOVs will "flutter" as to not release all pressure at once (where as others just let out the "pssssssssssssss")...

I gotta clarify something... I've never had a turbo vehicle before, always N/As, so I may just be paranoid (I'm learning, and better safe than sorry)... Check out the video below and let me know if the sound you hear is normal... Mine is very similar to that, except a bit more pronounced...

Is there a difference between "flutter" and "chatter"?

Is anyone able to post a sound clip or vid of what the stock Supra BOV should sound like?

yet again, any "fluttery" noises you hear ARE compressor surge...regardless of what TEH INTARNETS say....no BOV is designed to "flutter".
