Did one on my dads 90 7mge with 201,xxx miles

cyl 1: 210psi
cyl 2: 210psi
cyl 3: 155psi
cyl 4: 150psi
cyl 5: 205psi
cyl 6: 210psi

there was a bunch of oil from when i removed the spark plugs. Thinking thats why the cylinders are in the 200's. Whats stock psi for the 7mge? And what would be my next step with these numbers?

Looks like you may have a BHG in the making. Carbon build up can affect compression. Are your plug wells full of oil or did the plugs have oil on the tips?

something is wrong with 3 and 4. possilbe bhg there.

with a compression test your looking to see how even the cyls are. there suspose to be within +/- 10psi of eachother, which allows for carbon buildup and or wear.

as for the oil, most likely valve seals.

Well the tsrm says around 160psi for the 7mge. So could those two cyls be fine? Those two r the cyls. Where the plugs wernt soaked from oil due to valve cover seals... So are those cyls normal and the others high?

Added oil in one of the cylinders and it brought up up to 210 psi. The other 'low' cyl did not respond to oil being added for thr compression, stayed the same. So bad rings in that cyl and bad hg or valves in the other?
