clutch issues

just got my car running, went to pull it out and the gears started grinding, tried to put it in first, no grinding but it refused to go in. i have put a new pressure plate in, new clutch, had the flywheel resurfaced, and replaced the clutch release cylender. i have bled the release cylender but i don't know if it needs more or what is happening, any ideas? its the r134 tranny btw.

Clutch isn't fully releasing...

Check the hydraulic system and also pop the inspect plates off and make sure everything is right in there.

Just a suggestion, did you install the clutch disk facing the right direction?

no, ha ha its my first clutch didn't even know they had different sides, its workin now, just put 20 miles on it and its workin great, thanks for all the help.
