Clutch Bleeding Problem

About a week ago, the clutch pedal progressively began to lose feel, and eventually stuck to the floor. I ordered a new master and slave cylinder from Driftmotion, and installed those today. I began the bleeding process according to the TSRM, and it seemed to be going well. Unfortunately, after doing this about 3 or 4 times, the pedal feel didn't not improve, even though I was no longer getting bubbles. When we went to try it again, brake fluid came out of a strange location, like there was a leak. It only happened when the clutch was disengaged. It does not appear to be coming from either cylinder and there is no fluid anywhere in the cabin by the pedal. Where is this fluid coming from? Did something else break?

This is right by the slave cylinder.

This is by the drivers side wheel well.

Is the fitting on the master cylinder not leaking? I had a small leak and the fluid traveled down to some strange places. I put a clean towel under the MC fitting and was able to find it that way.

Do you mean where the hard line attaches to the master cylinder? Nothing appears to be leaking from there but I will check again.

Have you removed the inspection plate and checked that the slave cyl piston is in-tact and not leaking?

No, I have not. Where is this inspection plate?

It's the black sheet metal with two bolts in the first picture you posted. Remove it and take a look at your slave when installed and pumping.

Quick update to this. Took off the inspection plate, immediately saw the problem. The slave cylinder was not lined up with the hole, so when I bled it the piston kept being pushed out to the point that it started squirting fluid everywhere. Removed it, got the piston to go back down, then reinstalled it. Bled the system, and the clutch improved significantly. The pedal, however, still sticks somewhat. There are no air bubbles coming out when I bleed it anymore, just fluid. Fluid level is currently steady, and I don't see any leaks anywhere. The pedal does need some adjustment to put it back where it was before. Will the adjustment make the current sticking go away or is one of the cylinders still leaking somewhere? Did I ruin the slave cylinder when I misaligned it and extended the piston all the way out?
