Go Na-T. Just do it, its you're only option now. Once you've started a swap, no matter how insignificant the part may be(whether its a boost sensor plug or a big fuckin turbo mated to a 7mgte)..... you must go on.

Fixed.
I doubt you're special, more likely they use the same body wiring harness for a lot of different models. I know my car is fully wired for TEMS but doesn't have any of the components.
Body harnesses are usually identical between N/A and turbo. It's the ECU harness that is different.
