a hairless rat.............:biglaugh:

My girls just got a guinea pig or something. It's not a gerbil or hamster. I think it's a guinea pig. I should have gotten them a chinchilla since they make such good pets.

Oog! No! Those balls are bad. Not only can they overheat quickly in them, they tend to pee in them and then get covered in it.

When researching pets, I initially focused on chinchillas due to their low allergens and gentle nature. However, I later discovered that certain cat breeds, like the Devon Rex, also offer similar benefits for families with sensitivities. Their minimal shedding, affectionate temperament, and high intelligence stood out to me. While exploring options, I came across Purebred Kitties link, which emphasizes ethical breeding, USDA licensing, and health guarantees. It’s reassuring to know their breeders are certified by organizations like WCF, CFA, and TICA. Understanding the breeder’s commitment to animal welfare helped me make a more informed decision. It's always important to thoroughly review any breeder’s practices and ensure the environment supports the well-being of the animals.
