Mods are as follows...
-BOSS LIPP TO4E .57 Trim Turbo
-Full 3" Exhaust turbo back w/ 3" turbo elbow
-HPF IC KIT w/ HKS SSQV BOB
-RC 550's Injectors
-Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
-Maft Pro Unit w/ the boost solenoid
-HKS TT
-RPS Stage 3 Clutch w/ 3200 lb pressure plate
-PLX M-300 Wideband
-HKS MHG 1.2 mm
-Greddy Catch can
-AFPR
-Koyo Radiator
-K&N filter
-Rebuilt stock internals w/ less than 5K on them, w/ ARP main and head studs.

Problems are...
- Car sometimes will start up, usually after a fairly long wait.
- When doing so the car cranks and cranks, then finally fires up.
- AFPR has been set at anywhere from 27 PSI to 35 psi.
- Cruised around and the car was running pig rich, and tried boosting and it hesitated.
- Next thing I know- Plugs are fouled out- So I Replaced them w/ Autolite 3923's gapped at .30.
- Went on a cruise, hoping the car would adjust itself but was running very lean.
- When I came to a stop the RPM's dropped and died. I tried starting it right after that and just cranked. It acted as if it wanted to fire up, but no luck. Then I upped the fuel pressure and it cranked a few times and fired up.
- I'm leaning towards the 02 sensor. I plan on checking it out tomorrow. I'm just wondering what else could be the problem... The MAFTPRO was wired by NJsupraA70, thanks, so that's okay. Not throwing any codes either. What could it be? Thanks!

the afpr is needed with those fuel system changes (fuel pump and injectors) to set base fuel pressure. A more appropriate response would have been, 'was the fp set correctly (with vacumn line off)?'...

Sorry, don't know enough about the Pro to comment. This might be the time to page the Dr...

Then tell it to straighten up.

If an increase in fuel pressure is helping hot starts, you might be having a vapor lock issue.

If you are cruising around pig rich, then it goes lean, it did adjust itself.

the first thing to do is bypass the MAFT pro and then see how the car works. i'm guessing there's something up w/the timing monitor set up....sounds like troubles w/the CPS output.

EDIT: O2 sensor cannot cause this level of problems. eliminating it will only throw you onto the "pig rich" fuel table.....even so, you shouldn't be fouling plugs, etc.

Alrighty, I let the car idle for a few minutes, and it was on the lead side. Started up after a few simple cranks. AFR's at idle were 15s, and 16s. I added +15.0 to the mainscale and that helped a little bit. Then went to Tune low load and +10.0% at 400 and 800 RPM's. The AFR's then were 14.5 to low 15s, so pretty good, but I don't understand why should we have to add fuel. +15 on the mainscale! wow, I guess all motors are different. Umm the AFPR was at 30 psi w/ the vacuum line on, and w/o it on it was at 35-37 psi. Then I raised the RPM's up by a grand or so and held it for a minute. All the way up to 3K they were in the 14.7 range. I hit 4K and it read RICH and shut off, maybe bcuz I'm pushing more fuel into it. I have the Tune high load set at -7.0% at 3400 RPM's all the way up... Sound better now?
