can anyone tell me the torque spec for r154 flywheel

54 ft/lbs with stock bolts, but.........
You should not reuse the old bolts.
The OEM bolts are considered a one time use fastener.
I highly recomend ARP bolts.
They are about $25 from Summit Racing.
P/N 203-2802
You will get 8, not 6.
Then the torque is:
58 ft/lbs with moly lube
65 ft/lbs with LocTite
85 ft/lbs just oiled.
This is per ARP.
