damit ken, I send you out to score my dope and you find a way to buy another 7m! :wtf:

Will you please stop taking all these good deals from other less fortunate mkiii owners? First the AEM (dont get me started on the multiple mkiii's and 7m's you already have) and now a built motor found in a crack heads front yard? Have your wife give you a mental exam, you might need a stay at the local psych ward... Crack heads and 7m's, boy oh boy your imagination has gone off the deep end!:stickpoke

I should drop a line to your boss, "ken was scoring crack and bought another 7m. clearly he shouldn't be working on ventilators and such..":yikes:

Dude, I could go on and on about this find of yours.. I'll just stop and say congrats!

Too funny! Well, there are now five 7M's living in my garage. They're multiplying like Gremlins! :biglaugh:

Damn thats certainly a good find. Real lucky you are.

For once! Okay...maybe twice... ;)

O, and no spray paint on that engine. Stop being lazy and get some sand paper, a dremel tool and Mothers Aluminum polish.

That motor needs polished parts, no ifs ands or buts. It really deserves it. Maybe you can run with the JZ motors now.

:biglaugh:

While I see your point, there's no way I'm going to attempt to polish that block! Good ol Rustoleum! :D

It's pretty amazing how this thing ended up in my lap! I think it's been at least two years since you've had it...

Got a little time out in the garage tonight.

I started with some decorative goodness. I used some of my left over aluminum sheeting for a sticker board.

Next, I had to drill a hole in the firewall for the Water/Meth Line routing. A 3/8" hole for a 1/4" grommet. Worked gooduh!

Then I started routing and looming...

Then I unboxed this little goodie from Driftmotion. A 4" 45* Intake pipe.

Here's a little test fit...

You know what is more amazing, Kenny is a magical elf who makes built up 7Ms appear under tarps and buys them for nothing.

Ask him, he is the Leprecahun on the Lucky Charms commerical.

LOL!

How are those coilovers Kenny? I am looking for a set for my car and I have always been a Tien fan since I like how they handle under demand like tight cornering.

On my red 2JZ, I took a 30 MPH rated turn at 75 MPH. Tien SS, all new front end steering parts, strut bars and sway bars as well. Darn thing handles well.

I wish I could tell you...the car hasn't seen pavement since December. :nono:

It sounds like you're having fun though! :)

Now that the Water/Meth line to the pump is run and the control lines to the pump and Meth tank level sensor are run, I started putting the rear interior back together.

Here is the "new to me" rear seat. Some may remember earlier pics I posted of the original ones. They were quite ripped up from the previous owner...

Special THANKS goes out to Fred here! :D

This next series shows how easy it was to remove the rear carpet with the right tool.

You don't want to break these push in washer retainer thingies...

It works on the ones at the top of the seat too
