At the Costco's here, you don't even have to be a member to buy the alcohol at discount prices. They are on average $5-10 cheaper compared to a normal store per bottle.

I'm confused... places like this still exist in North America. May I ask why???

PS: They have beer at Denny's here.

Because people do not like change around here. It's a very religious county (so is the surounding area). They think that if they keep the county dry, it will keep down the number of drunk drivers i guess :3d_frown: That just means people are going to drive to the next wet county to get booze, drink it on the way back, then increase the possibility of an accident/death due to a drunk driver. Again, it's retarded, I know, but it's not going to change anytime soon. There are at least two petitions a year around here from the alcoholics to turn the county wet, but they always loose. Might as well give them their booze so they'll stay off the roads and be drunk at home... A before someone says, "but it'll be easier for minors to get alcohol then", well I started drinking when I was a teenager and let me tell you, if a person wants alcohol, by God they'll get it one way or the other.

JAV: I'd have to get some from my dad, he's got the good shit (comes from Tennessee in sealed Gallon jugs, looks just like water ;)).

Just about everything (except Wal-Mart of course) closes around 9 here, so I got you beat ;). Also, the surrounding wet counties don't sell booze on sundays except at bars after like noon and then they stop some time that afternoon, dumb, I know.

It's a fucking product people, sell it! What's the difference every other day of the week?

We don't have any Denny's here anymore... they closed them all down. We still have the commercials though. Why? Who knows...

But back home in Central FL there's a Denny's less than a mile from my house! Awesome place to go after a night of fun

DR. pepper is pepsi and the dennys i've been to have coke products so they are sans Dr. Pepper

Dr. Pepper is not owned by Pepsi, only licensed to Pepsi in Canada. In the US you can get Dr. Pepper in places where Coke is the major supplier, like Mc. Donald's, Denny's, etc.

Same thing happens with 7-Up, Schweppes, and some of the other brands. Kit Kat is made by a different company in Canada and the USA, as well as other parts of the world.

Kit Kat's were the shit in the desert. I'm pretty sure I ate one a day for a couple months. I'm a fatty now.
