so when i got my 89 supra i knew i bought it with brake problems. i put in wagner thermo qiet brake pads all around that were installed last month and have been worn in. i have earls stainless steel brake lines all around. i changed the booster and the master cylinder. also the old fluid has been completely flushed with new castrol synthetic brake fluid and system has been completly bled. now heres the problem last night it was braking perfect and this morning i got up ready to test them some more and i would smash the pedal to the floor but had very little brake. 5 minutes later the brakes warmed up and everything was working extrodinary. what could be the problem ?

triple check the brake fliuid level. It might have gotten empty and ingested some air. It sounds like you do have air still left in the system.
One more question though.
Why did you not stick with regular DOT 3 brake fluid? Going higher is not always a good thing!

I'm finishing a rebuild and partial restoration, i replaced all my hoses, my system was completely dry, the car still has no engine in it so I haven't used the brakes, If it's better to replace it though, I might go ahead and do so, or I'll just wait until I have to replace my pads...
