Bore size?

Hey you guys, my original plan was to keep the internals stock and shoot for 400whp with just 550 injectors, 57 trim turbo, and upgraded fuel pump.
But after looking at my block more closely, I can see there is a little bit of damage in cylinder 5.
So I need to bore...
Might as well do it right the first time than to do it twice.
What bore size do you recommend? I am only shooting for 400whp, so I don't need a huge bore.
And what do you think about JE pistons with Eagle rods? They seem fairly cheap, but I've heard good things.

Thank you guys!

These engines don't have thick walls to begin with, so hp is derived mainly from boost. Keep the bore as minimal as possible for the next size up of pistons you want to use. If damage is minimal, you might be able to just hone it and use different rings with stock size pistons. The Ross pistons I used were .020 over stock and worked quite nicely. There are lots of threads with rebuild tips on here. Search them widely. gl.
