~1bar, or 14.7PSI is fuel cut on a CT26. Bigger turbos will hit it lower because they push more are. Boost is dependent on the turbo, as a large turbo will flow more air at lower pressure than a small turbo. I think the question you should be asking is how much power can a stock 7MGTE handle, and I believe the answer to that is roughly 500rwhp.

how much can i boost before there is boost cut (fuel cut) on the stock 7mgte and how much boost can the stock 7mgte handle

everything on the car's 20 years old, so i wouldn't go for more than 9-10psi right now unless you have intake and full exhaust. 10psi would leave me with no worries on a semi-healthy 7m with those two BPU's.

Not too sure where you found that number, because Ive never seen or heard of a bone stock 7M able to run nearly 15 lbs of boost before hitting fuel cut.

Anyway, a lot of factors play into fuel cut. If its colder outside then you will hit it sooner because the air is more dense than it would be in warmer weather. I think altitude plays a role in fuel cut as well, but never had to worry about that, so Im not speaking from experience.....but fuel cut on the 7MGTE is between 12-13 psi. And that's using the stock CT26, not upgraded. The bigger the turbo the sooner that you will hit fuel cut, because it is flowing more air just at less pressure, which is better.

On your second question about how much boost the 7MGTE can handle.....well, cant speak from experience there, as I dont have infinite amounts of money to find out.
