The guy I bought my supra off had a Blitz BOV welded to a pipe. He said to put it on you replace the intake pipe. My buddy who works for BMW said that putting it after the mass airflow sensor would be bad because the sensor would think the turbo needed more air since it was actually blown off. Any suggestions on how to install one and keep the performance good?

How would the BOV be before the AFM or anywhere on the intake before the turbo? there's no boost pressure there...

Anywho, I ran my old Blitz with vent to atmosphere with little issues while I ran my 7M. It would just die at idle sometimes after I let completely off the gas while boosting. If it's the only option you have, just roll with it. hehe
Put it anywhere on your upper intercooler pipe if that makes sense. The black plastic section of the upper IC pipe can be replaced with a metal pipe with attached BOV flange on it. Thats where most people put it. Look around for engine bay pics.
