I saw some oil and coolant leak on the side of engine block between head and block , so take off radiator cap and saw this bhg 003.jpg . Is this sign of BHG? new Toyota head gasket and head bolts replaced 3 years ago with 72 foot pound of torques ; 15psi of boost on stock ct26 for 1 year and 17psi of boost ct26 57trim for almost 2 years there is no sign of smoke or over heat .

Moire info is needed. What headbolts did you use three years ago? Were they new or used? Have they been retorqued since? Where exactly in the block did you see the oil and coolant? Are you having to add coolant? How does the car run? If it's missing or acting funny and everything else is fine, run a compression check. And 3 years is long enough that you should flush the radiator and burp the cooling system again. Have u seen milkshake under the oil cap?

New Toyota head gasket and new Toyota head bolts installed 3 years ago with 65 foot pound then retorque to 72 foot pound after a year later .I saw oil and coolant leak between head and block on turbo side when i removed turbo ; i never added coolant because it always stay same level neither oil because i put in 6 quarts every oil change and about 5.5 quarts at the time drain it . the car is running smooth and still make alot of power ; no milk shake under oil cap at all . may be it just happened also i have bad valve stem oil seals that need replace because smoke at start up for 5-7 seconds and no smoke after that .

So, you decided to pull the head huh ;)
Looks like a good call to me...gonna use ARP hardware this time?

You want to re-torque after 5 heat-up/cool-down cycles...that includes ARP's.

Yes sir ! new Toyota head gasket and new ARP studs torque 80 foot pound with head rebuild and good prep on block surface . Baby's on the way so i do a quick fix to save some $ and headache . :icon_bigg I'll need to ask you some thing about spraying on head gasket .

It will help fill any imperfections in the block/deck surfaces with a composite HG.
You don't ever want to use a spray sealer on a new MHG...the spray attacks the viton coating on all new MHG's come with.
