yep, you were close. I pulled the hose off the see if the neck was clear, and it was under pressure. I tried to blow some compressed air through and it wouldn't go.... lol

haha...I was gonna say that you might have a problem with the hose running to the overflow and that it might be some kind of bug with a nest in there...it was my first guess. But I was too late good job on getting that fixed
