i tried simple green. i had a valve cover leak to cleanup
my uncle asked me to try red-dye diesel first. then degrease with simple green, (or choice degreaser.) i had to blow out the sparkplugvalley cuz it had filled with oil, and tried to get it all off. for some reason the diesel prepped the motor for de-greasing with the green. it smelled just like the gunk engine degreaser. and it worked better the longer it was on. (i was down, so it stayed for a MINUTE)
supes can be so finnicky tho
