Has anyone with a wideband O2 ever used the Beck/Arnley re-manufactured AFM? I was just wondering is it's worth buying for $344.00 and I was thinking a wideband would be the real way to tell how it works on the street. I'm sure it can pass the TSM resistance bench test. I can't seem to find a working OEM AFM to save my life.

Why don't you just get a used one that works instead of paying $344?? I just sold one for $50. But, that's your decision.

AF1ZJ - Because I can't seem to find a used one. Especially for 50.00. I wish I could though

Speed density would be OK too but the extra 100 would only get me the setup and then I'd have to go through the install and such. I'm kinda just trying to buy time until my 7M blows the MHG and then I'm going to swap a 2JZ and want to take time to plan that whole thing out then.

Zop, if you havent invested anything other than a MHG and ARPs, then its going to be a LONG time before you blow it, unless YOU did something wrong when installing it, like, not prepping the surfaces, torquing the head properly, etc... So, if you're still on the stock turbo, stock boost, and havent really done any major mods, and you installed the MHG correctly, you're going to have a hard time popping it...

I did a complete rebuild top and bottom end and all the prep (block/head) MHG/ARP's torqued to 90. It's only got 3000 miles on it as of then. My 2nd CT26 just came back from Evergreen as a 60 trim replacing my 60-1 which the seals went out on. Thus creating my AFM issue as it was oil soaked from the blow and I couldn't clean it and get it working again by just wiping it or with the electrical cleaner method. I took me forever to flush all the oil out of my IC and pipes and stuff. I don't know I'm just thinking replace it with a new one instead of going Maft Pro. My pockets are getting empty and need time to replenish. $100.00 makes a big difference right now but I also don't want to do all that work and then put a questionable AFM in my car used or new.
