Attempted Theft

Well, the fact that my RKE system in my daily driver Neon is non-operational probably didn't help that my car was broken into. The thief tried what looked like a quick robbery but failed to do so. Door was still locked, and glass was all over the seat so he probably leaned in and tried to grab my radio. Easy right? Wrong. My radio happened to be a very complicated to install Clarion AutoPC that is practically BOLTED into place and wedged in so tight, any attempt to pull it out would break it. Well, the thief did just that and ran. Police tried getting prints off the radio but it was no good. So Now I got a broken window and a busted radio (I actually have a backup radio of the same model that I never got around to selling). Luckily nothing else got stolen. It's funny, because I'm not really angry. A little shocked yes, but my thinking was "hey, if you get this radio out quick without breaking it, you deserve to have it". Well Off to the window guy later on today (still haven't slept from yesterday) to see if I can get the glass replaced. BAH. INconvenient is what it is. Damn Jackass.

my car was just hit for the third time last week... and everytime they try to get my cd player which I have bolted in and the first two times they couldn't get it out so they left the face plate but took my radar detectors, and then this most recent time I didn't have anything in the car accept my cd player and they couldn't get the whole unit so they just took the faceplate and left me with another broken window... fuckin jealous muther fuckers thats all it is...

Oh I'll be sleepin in there with my 2 iron... and anyone who touches my car will have some badly bruised/broken legs... and they'll be on the ground until the cops get there... and my foot just might slip into their head a few times...:icon_evil I was soo pissed when I saw that my car had been broken into... I'm not a big fan of guns... especially hand guns... they are only for killing people... but I will gladly do some physical damage so they have to suffer with it for a while... I know that sounds in-humane but they deserve it if they have that much jealousy to break into someone else's car to steal something or even the car itself...

I have faith in my clubs not to break if I hit them with the club head... it should do more damage... and if it does infact break that means I hit them pretty hard and they're going to be hurtin...

sounds to me like it might be somone you know. or you just live in a bad area.

see if you can park the car a lil closer to the house and try to video tape it. then you have some kind of evidence.

as far as hurting them, i kinda like the 2 iron idea. when he hits the ground, make him bithe the curb and follow with a boot to the back of the head.

Hmmm water puddle under the car and 120V line connected to the chassis = 1 shocking good time. Oh and dont forget to put the warning sticker about the car being a live wire. also dontfor get to have the warning written in a 3 point font. just dont forget to unplug the card before you get into it.

I was at my friend's house which is generally known as a good neighborhood. Not great, but crime occurance is low. I guess this was just one of those times. When I realized what had happened, this guy comes out with brass knuckles and a metal baseball bat. He's got an aired up S-10 with a full sound-system so he was lucky he didn't get hit. First I need to get the retard alert alarms so at least I'll KNOW if my car is being hit, then I want to figure out somethign more creative... maybe... noxious gas sprayed within 2 seconds into the cabin? Chemical warfare would be my next choice next to good old fashioned brute force violence.

I've seen that happen. Someone walked right up my friends driveway and tried getting the ipod and cd player out of his Wrangler. They were both in the center console and locked so they tried ripping the whole console out but couldn't so they ripped his soft-top windows instead. He had his subs stolen a year before while it was at a shop.


Sucks about the break-in. I'm kind of glad my car's got some shitty paint and doesn't attract attention right now, keeps it alittle safer.

I hear good things about mongooses that get waken up in the middle of the night...

If only i could find one, i could customize the interior for it. Make the center console a water dish, that empty spot below the radio food area and stick an empty battery box in the back for the unmentionables... maybe put a doggy door in the hatch area and outside train it.

Three things.

1. Get a working alarm with a pager unit. If you are feeling mean, leave the siren off when it's within range of the pager, that way the thieves don't know you are coming.

2. Best weapon I've ever found is 2 lengths of 0-gauge welding wire about 2-3 feet long, one for each hand. These will do some serious damage if you swing them hard, but they don't leave much in the way of marks that can be traced.

3. Don't ever call the cops after you've beat the hell out of someone. The penalty for attempted grand theft auto is minor. The penalty for attempted murder is much more severe, and it would suck to get thrown in the same prison as the theif with a longer sentence. On the other hand, badly beaten crooks, even with busted bones, will make up some bullshit story rather than admit they were doing anything criminal, so you never have to worry about retribution from the law.

PS: I agree that guns are for killing people. You don't pull a gun to threaten someone, or impress your friends, protect your house, or rob a gas station - you pull one out when you intend to end a life. Personally, I'd rather let someone steal my car than kill them.
