ARP Main Stud/Bolts Question

That appears to be the 3rd cap from the front of the block.... Is that right? And what is it that won't clear studs on this cap?
yup if the oil pump will not bolt up then the bolts are in the wrong spot..
IJ did you make a custom crank scraper? im assuming you did. And only on the one side?

That's the prototype Ishihara-Johnson Teflon 7M scraper

A crank scrapper is used to get oil back to the sump faster, and also give more horse power because it is not continuing to keep the oil on rotating parts? That is what I always understood it to be.
Yep that's about it, that and it makes an interesting "noise" at idle
