I found these wires while reinstalling my wirning harness on an 87 Turbo 5 speed. They are also on an 86.5 NA 5 speed I have. Both are having a rewire as I reinstall the engines. Are these hot wires or ground wires? On one of the cars, they were installed on the bolt connected to the starter, but someone said they looked like a ground wire....HELP....Thanks.
