Yea, why not just get an exhaust cutout. Then you could switch it open or closed on your own, this seems a bit complicated in the sense it controls itself when it opens or closes. I have a 3 inch turbo back exhaust and it's not annoying or too loud, If you're not on it the aftermarket systems don't really sound that loud, I'd only get a cutout to bypass my system if I were racing or something like that, I'd get a cutout since this is too much hassle for nothing more than an automatic open or close feature instead of flipping a switch.

well this one is controled by boost but I was thinking of getting one that I just flip a switch to open so I can do that when at the track

the only downfall i see to the product is it is a "TEE". would prolly be more effective if it was more of a "y" design.

yea I found some that are y shaped and they are electronic so I can just flip a switch
