Another Factory Alarm Question

Sometimes after long drives, the security light stays on while driving and then when I shut the car off and later turn it back on, the starter is dead and the alarm didnt even go off and the security light is still on. Sometimes the alarm will go off after 10-30 min and then I am able to start the car again. Any solutions? I've read the many ways to disarm the factory alarm but I'm not very technical in wiring. Which is the easiest to do?

solder or crimp on an extension, and ground it to the chassis of the car. (anything metal that's in good contact with the frame) if you hook a switch up in the wire, you can use it as a starter kill switch. ;)

so I tried disconnecting the battery and connecting it back and the alarm was off and my car started. I'm definately going to remove the alarm permantely. Thanks Shaeff :)
