Ok this will be my first engine rebuild,
did the whole head gasket replacement by myself
for the first time ever.... im only lacking a few
sensors and gaskets and ill be able to start her
up....

New mods ive installed since BHG.
2.5" FMIC, 57 Trim CT-26 w/ Soft line kit from DM, ARP Studs w/ Felpro HG @ 72lbs, New
OEM Camshafts, New NGK Spark plugs(I forgot to gap
them? do they need it?), New gaskets on almost everything....

Is there anything ill need to like pre-oil
or do anything too before i try starting it?
Like i said its my first time so any tiny tip will
be grand since i have none here to help me.

It's always nice to have some oil or assembly lube in the cam journals. Check the plug gap just to make sure. NGK's pretty good at gapping things properly though if it's a car specific plug you bought. Make sure your camshaft oil seals are in properly, not crooked or anything.

I come from a land down under
Plugs out Injector fuse pulled and crank till you get Oil pressure, do it in 2 minute bursts so you don't heat the starter up too much, once it shows pressure on the stock gauge replace the plugs and Inj fuse do a final check of the engine bay and go for a start.
