What A/F should I have at idle?

I put cams in my 1JZ and the car ran great that day. I did not reset the ECU before driving it but it idled almost exactly like stock and ran real smooth.

Well today I went to put a ZT2 in it to make sure I was running safe and reset the ECU and the car idles low as hell and when driving it was dying on me because it wouldn't idle. While cruising i'm roughly getting 14.7 and at idle im getting anywhere from 11.0 to 13.0. When i finally got the car home it started idling ok and I havent driven it since.

Does it just take quite a bit of driving for the ECU to learn?

More info on the set up would help.
But either it could just need to relearn, or the cams have changed the tune. . . which I will bet on.

I havent had problems on my 1JZ ECU relearning. My 7M one though would take weeks sometimes.

It is a 1j with ypipe, dp, 3" cat back and now crower cams. I think it just took the ECU a while to learn because it is idling good now but the A/F are still in the low 12's when it idles. It has always run rich but I'm thinkin because of the longer duration cams it has some scavenging affect and is pulling out some raw fuel before combustion. Is this likely? I thought the ECU would compensate tho and the O2 sensor seems to be fine because while cruising I am at 14.7.
