it depends.

If you are still using the OEM AFM, no you can not. If you went with a MAP sensor + IAT, then yes you can.

If you are using the stock AFM, then you can not run the ISC pipe open to atmosphere.

If you are running speed density mode (MAP + AIT), then yes, you can.
