Hey all!

I have a 89 7M turbo manual. I wanted to install a BOV but many say that between shifting engine goes rich and dies, same time many say they have no issues at all.

What would happen, if I disconnect my stock BPV line that run's back to the intake before turbo? Isolate the line on turbo side also ofcourse. Basically I should be able to test out whether my car will die and go rich between shifts? same as BOV right?

Also, can anyone guarantee me that the stock BPV wouldn't pull any shit under vacuum into my intake?(Through the line that I will keep open)

Sorry...What do you mean? By saying it's a 1 way valve?
What would happen if I do it? If I release the BPV end which is going to the turbo intake?

You asked if you vented the bpv into your engine bay would it allow any debris into your intake, no.
All vented air that was metered and fuel was adjusted for would just get vented into the atmosphere.

Vacuum holds the stock valve open, so at idle it would be wide open. If you want an aftermarket BOV, just recirculate it back into the intake to avoid any problems.
