7mgte vs. dodge ram

I raced a dodge ram 1500. He had intake, exhaust, and i belive he had a tune. I have a 7mgte with intake, full 3" exhaust, and mbc @9psi. We did a 60 roll and he pulled two cars on me right away and then at 120 i started catching him by the time i let off at 140 i pulled two cars on him!

Phew and i thought maybe my car was just really slow that day I raced a Dodge Ram 1500 i didnt think they were that quick, i had similar mods but i was running 9psi on a 20G and he was like a car ahead of me and i was pulling on him slowly fast truck im surprised, he had an exhaust intake as well wouldnt surprise me if he had a tune.

Yea im 95% positive that this guy had a tune. I will ask this saturday when i see him at that spot agoin. To tell you the truth i thought i was going to lose after he took off on me at the start. That was our second run, the first run we came up on traffic at 120 and had to stop but i convinced him that we should do it again.

was its the srt 10? because a friend of mine has a 2500 10cyl and its not that fast... i dont think it even goes up to 140mph ????? more info on his truck needed

I just can't see a 1500 ram going to 140 and pretty much keeping up with you just off of the mods you've listed from it, sorry.

i know the truck was a hemi but i don't know much else about it. Im pretty sure it wasn't a srt 10. I was also suprised to see it go close to 140. I will see the guy saturday and definantly ask him some questions.
