7M Piston Question (Searched)

Looking to just replace one rod and don't want to take my head off. I know that on most motors that the cylinders get smaller at the bottom, but I also know that some don't. My question is: can the 7M have it's pistons taken out from the bottom, or am I boned and have to take my head off? I just wanna get all the parts I need before I take the motor out of the car.

Thanks IJ. So since the head has to come off, I guess I should just do the job right the first time. JE Pistions and rings, Eagle Rods, HKS Bead, new rod and main bearings, ARP main studs, Crank grind, head and block mill. Yay.. more money heh.
