The fundamentals are not different between assembly of a domestic and a Toyota. Toyota is not unique with select fit bearings, although they are not common either.

The TSRM tells you to put rubber hose on the rod bolts when pulling them out so you don't scratch the crank pins, btw. You wouldn't need tips like that from your small block buddies if you read the instructions for your car. Just FYI.

Lmao, people like you and your smart ass comments are making this site more and more like SupraForums, why cant we just make simple conversation. Again as I stated, if you have done something to make it easier in reassembly thats not mentioned in any books then post it up.
