7m a340e (auto tranny) compatible with a 1jz swap?

Would it be possible to use a a340e off of a 7m for a 1jz swap? If so, what would it need? ECU & Harness? Any other mods?

How about using the 7m auto with a 2jz swap?

I'm considering parting out my build, and starting over with a 1jz/2jz swap. I have a built a340e auto with 2k miles on it, and would prefer to keep it if at all possible.

Flex plate might be different. The model used for the 1JZ was the A342. I don't have info on it, just that it exists. It probably has different gearing for the smaller engine.
