Intake, complete exhaust from the turbo back, and a manual boost controller set to just under fuel cut is well known to give you ~320 crank hp, which is ~90 hp gain. So yes, the guy on the other site is pretty much dead on.

I don't have a dyno sheet for this - most of the guys doing this don't bother, they don't have any way to tune the car, so why spend the $$$ on the dyno at this stage?

However, that said, this has been done literally hundreds of times.

Believe it. I've got the full turbo back, intake, 2.5" hardpipes and larger FMIC and I'd say I have around 70 HP to the wheels running off the wastegate. IIRC stock boost on a manual supra is 6.7 psi, I'm somewheres around 8.5-10 right now with just what's on it. I'll have to get an aftermarket boost gauge to see for sure though...

intake, ddp / 3in exhaust, mbc at 10 psi lower hardpipe will get u closet to about 280 to the wheels and over 300 tq check out sawblz post #16 in the dyno sticky but not all cars get the same hp witht the same mods...:icon_bigg
